The aewer line on our property is on the South edge of the pi'operty Nne. The garage we are constructing is on the North side of our yard. The cky sewer map and the nates in tha petmit Incorrectly state the sewer Ikte is under the nsw garage,which makes i1 appear easier than k actually wou{d be to conr�ect to the sewer. Connecting the roof drains for the garage to the sewer would involva excavaiion of our back yard inoVudfng e�cisiing plants,tree(s), bushes, end a aidewalk. 1 have carefu�iy loaked at our property and can affirm that eAowing the garage roof weter to drain onto rtry propelfy w�ll not cause any problema 1or my neigfibors. My neighbor to the North (Drew Nistson) has built up his badryard naar the proparty line about a foot above my propelTy using a rafsed flower bed. Water from my garage roof will not impinfle on Drew's proporty. My neighbors to the South are tar anough away, and we have a fbwer bed thai will absorb the water, co that the water will be absorbed befora k could bothar them. Por our dlscussion thls aftemoon, we will let the downspouta drain into the 3 foot aelback on Yhe north and into a flower bed on the south.
