0 <br />Board of Adjustment Minutes <br />February 4, 1980 <br />Page 7 <br />As a condition to the granting of the variance, the following <br />stipulations were made: <br />1. The granting of the variance is subject to the <br />recommendations of the Planning Department and <br />they are as follows: <br />A. Participation in aovoluntary employee carpool <br />program is required. Community transit and <br />Everett transit schedules shall be readily <br />available and visible to employees in the <br />office complex. <br />B. The applicant shall convey a Power of Attorney <br />for the creation of a local improvement district <br />for a public off-street parking structure. <br />C. To the degree physically feasible, the applicant <br />shall provide parking in the basement of the <br />structure. <br />The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation. <br />Mr. Wilson returned to his position on the Board. <br />Chairman Zook then asked if Mr. Hill or a representative for <br />Mr. Hill were in the audience; there was no confirmation. The <br />Board then agreed to postpone Mr. Hill's application until the <br />next public hearing on March 3, 1980. <br />A ninety (90) day extension was asked for and granted to Donald <br />and Lucille Chester, 1813 Baker Avenue, Everett, IYashington 98201, <br />on a previously granted variance.
