CITY OF EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ORDER WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of Everett Building Division on December 24, 19-9, an application for a variance of Section No. 48.030 of Everett Municipal Code Chapter 19 by ROBERT OLSON, 3408 Gorin Place, Everett, Washington 98204, for permission to allow a conversion from a duplex to a triplex on a lot width of 37� feet rather than the Code requirement of 50 feet, and a building that is two (2) feet from the north side property line rather than the Code requirement of five (5) feet. Also: From Section 19.48.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, Conversions, Paragraph D, for permission to provide four (4) off-street parking spaces for a triplex rather than the Code requirement of five (5) off-street parking stalls. on the following described property: Lot 24 and the south half of Lot 25 Block 433, Plat of Everett Address: 2118 Hoyt Zoning: R-3 Multiple Low Density Residence AND: WHEREAS, February 4, 1980 was fixed as the date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings that: The applicant's request does not meet all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application be DENIED: AND: BE TI FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
