WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of Everett <br />Building Division on December 24, 1979, an application for a variance of <br />Section No. 48.030 of Everett Municipal Code Chapter 19 by ROBERT OLSON, <br />3408 Gorin Place, Everett, Washington 98204, for <br />permission to allow a conversion from a duplex to a triplex <br />on a lot width of 3731 feet rather than the Code requirement <br />of 50 feet, and a building that is two (2) feet from the <br />north side property line rather than the Code requirement of <br />five (5) feet. <br />Also: <br />From Section 19.48.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, Conversions, <br />Paragraph D, for permission to provide four (4) off-street <br />parking spaces for a triplex rather than the Code requirement <br />of five (5) off-street parking stalls. <br />on the following described property: <br />Lot 24 and the south half of Lot 25 <br />Block 433, Plat of Everett <br />Address: 2118 Hoyt <br />Zoning: R-3 Multiple Low Density Residence <br />AND: WHEREAS, February 4, 1980 was fixed as the date of hearing on <br />said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, <br />AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the Board <br />of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings that: <br />The applicant's request does not meet all the requirements <br />of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code <br />Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings, <br />BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br />application be DENIED: <br />AND: I BE TI FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be <br />transmitted to the applicant for their information. <br />DATE OF ACTION: February 4, 1980 <br />If no building permit has been obtained within one year from the date <br />Of this action this order is void. <br />0. <br />Kenneth IV.
