WASHIN GTON <br />Unsafe Building at 2120 Hoyt <br />The structure at 2120 Hoyt Avenue has been posted as "Unlawful to <br />occupy" since February 1974, because of Building and Housing Code <br />violations. These violations present a threat to the welfare of <br />the public. <br />The property has apparently been abandoned by the owner and he <br />has not been available for comment since August 1974. <br />1 desire to refer the matter to the City Council at the regular <br />meeting of January 22, 1975.
