GVERETT, WALHIWi106' <br />We have mailed notice of council order #98.3 to demolish the structure <br />at 2120 Hoyt Street, to Mr. Ronald Phelps, by certified ".eater. It <br />is our policy to wait twenty (20) days after the property owners are <br />notified before we advertize for bids to demolish. This period of <br />time is to allow the property owner to take whatever legal alternative <br />he may have. I will notify you when we have received the return card <br />for the certified letter. to Mr. Phelps and when we advertise for bids <br />to demolish the structure. <br />I believe Mr. Phelps intends to appeal the council decission either <br />directly to the council or thru his attorney. <br />T: <br />
