From any information I have been <br />able to obtain, this residence was condemmed by the Health <br />?ept. as being un-'it for occupancy. <br />There was a notice nublinh ed in the lNerett Herald that <br />this home had to be repaired and brought up to n accep- <br />table building code by i?arch 8th of this year or be torn <br />doom. <br />So far vgyr little has been done, A gallon of paint was <br />put on the front end of the hou:,e and a few windows <br />boarded up. Basically the house remains the same, a <br />garbage dui�p, a rats nest and a serious fire hazard to, <br />other homes near by. <br />This home is an eysore and a disgrace td others of <br />us who try to keep our homes in a good state of repair <br />and our yards looking decent. I would like to know if <br />anything is being done about this sittuation. <br />
