I must agree with you, that the house has
been a neighborhood problem.
The members of my staff have been working on this problem
since February 1974, but, as the property has changed hands
several times, it has been a slow process.
The most recent action on this property was in March 1975
when the present owner was given until September 12, 1975
to rehabilitate the property.
In the event that the problem is not resolved by that time
I will again renew my efforts to demolish the house.
If you have any questions on the matter, you may contact
my staff directly, telephone 259-8835. Thank you for your
patience in the matter.
Yours truly
Frank H. Bennett
Director of Community Development
FHB:eb
