The addition will include a new entrance, lobby and intemal <br />circulation space at the church building located at 2301 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, Washington <br />(subject property). <br />A hearfig on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br />February 16, 1995.
