Based upon the precedira findings of facts and conGusions, testimony and evidence <br />submitted at the public hearing, and upon the impressions of the Hearing Examiner of a <br />site view, it is hereby ordered thet the requested Expansion of a Non-Callortning Building <br />Permit t� allaw the addition of a non-conforming church at 2301 Hoyt Av�nue, Everett, <br />Washington, is granted subject to the following conditions: <br />A Building Permit inust be nbtained from the Building Department for the proposed <br />addition and remodA!. All work must adhere to ihe State Uniform Building Cade. <br />2. A Public Vl'�rks Permit is required for work in the public rigM-0f-way. <br />3.
