Uses permitted under this sec�ion must meet the following standards and <br />guidelines: <br />A. The proposed use must be reasonably compatible with other uses <br />and potential use u.ithin the genvral area in which the use is proposed <br />to be located; <br />B. The use mu�t not have serious adverse effect on the ecology and/or <br />environment �: the commu�ity; <br />C. The use must serve the public convenir_nce and necessity. <br />7. Access: Access to parking area is fr�m existing a!ley. <br />8. Traffic: There should be very moderate increases of t:raffic generated by <br />Qarents dropping off and picking up the children. The impact should be far <br />less than on any given Sunday. <br />ANU, WHEREAS, the Everett City Council concurred with the Planning <br />Commission findings at its regular meeting on August 27, 1980, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings, BE �T ORDERED THAT <br />SAID PERMIT BE GRANTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />* 1.
