That I am �urrently the City of Everett Building Official and <br />have been so enployed for approximately 16 months, and I am familiar with <br />the requirements of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) which Code is <br />administered uy the City of Everett Buitding Department. <br />2. That in accerdance �aith the requirements of the UBC, no building <br />is to be altered or repaired without first obYaining a permit from the <br />building official.
