On August 23, 1988, the 6uilding DeFartment contacted Jay <br />Young requesti�g access to the structure and was told that he was leaving <br />town. On August 24, 1988, the Building Department made a site visit and <br />found the Stop Work notice was removed from the front �orch. Further, the <br />6�ilding Department was unable to gain access.
