To comply with state requiremen[s, the city requires the upgrade of the single check-valve to a double check detector assembly when the commercial building sprinhfer system is modified through the ciry permit process. Please be advised that the city requires this upgrede as a part of building or sprinkler permit ap{;lication for the portion of the building served by the current single check valve.
