It is important to us and [o our customers that the public <br />wa[er system delivers high quality potable water in all cases. <br />City of Everett records indicate that this building is served by a 3-inch single check-valve. A double check <br />detector is required by the Sfafe of Washington for commercial fim services. To comply with state <br />requiremen[s, the city requires the upgrade of the single check-valve to a double check detector <br />assembly when the commercial building sprinhfer system is modified through the ciry permit process. <br />Please be advised that the city requires this upgrede as a part of building or sprinkler permit ap{;lication <br />for the portion of the building served by the current single check valve. <br />As [he owner of this assembly, you are required fo maintain it and improve it as necessary.
