o C���MN) <br />L1 u FEB 0 3 1989 <br />FINDINGS AND DECISION .......................................... <br />EE OF THEAPING EXAMINER OF THE CITY Or EVERETT <br />CITY OF EVERETT PU0110 W')m5 Dept <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THI; <br />CITY OF EVEREIT FOR APPROVAL OF A <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT SPU #22-88 <br />DECISION: The Special Property Use Permit is granted subject to the <br />conditions listed. <br />The City of Everett, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, Washington, 98201, (hereinafter <br />referred to as City) has requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit <br />for Phase I of development of the Everett Civic Center. Phase I includes the <br />restoration and expansion of the Everett Public Library; the construction of a <br />parking structure under the new library addition; the removal of parking <br />structures and buildings south of the library; and, the movement of library <br />facilities to a temporary location at the Medical Dental Building on the <br />corner of California and Colby Avenues. The proposed project will occur on <br />property located in the city block bounded by Hoyt Avenue, Everett Avenue, <br />Rucker Avenue and California Avenue.
