City of Everett <br />SPU 22-88 <br />Page -6- <br />6• The sewer main in the alley must be rerouted west from the manhole in <br />Everett Avenue along Everett Avenue across Rucker Avenue to the sewer <br />system in Grand Avenue. <br />7• Any broken or damaged sidewalk along this project's frontage must be <br />replaced. Wheelchair ramps must be installed at street intersections. <br />Any existing driveway curb cuts not used in new development must be <br />replaced with full height curb. <br />8. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with <br />Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall be computed by <br />the Building Division per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance. <br />9• Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. (Standards & Specifications Manual) <br />10. All Uniform Building and Fire Codes will be met (UBC & Fire Code). <br />11. In addition, the Applicant is advised of the mitigated condition of the <br />DNS. <br />A. The library is on the Fverett Inventory of Historic Properties <br />because the original building was designed by the firm of Beff <br />and Gould in 1933.
