I think all have been <br />taken care of except for Item Number Four. <br />I don't feel that the attachment of the brick veneer has been adequately <br />covered in the drawings. The structural notes should include the requirements <br />for horizontal joint reinforcement, a maximum stud spacing of 1611, the "' air <br />space, and backing, all as required in UBC Section 3006 (d) 1.(i). Tile <br />sections (12/53.9 & 13/33.9) should also include this information as well. as <br />the gage of stud to be used.
