Sprinklers installed in the pendent position must be of the DRY PENDENT TYPE when the piping and sprinkler are <br />not in a healed area Sprinklers are spaced to cover a design -required Door area (from 36 to 225 square feet (3,344 m2 to <br />20.9025 m2)1 or as designated in the appropriate standard <br />7. Inspector's Test and Drams <br />a. A test drain valve must be provided <br />4' (100 mm) anc larger system = 2- (50 mm) drain, <br />2-1/2' (65 mm) to 3.1/2" (90 mm) = 1-1/4' (32 mm) drain, <br />1' (25 mm) to 2' (50 mm) = 3/4' (20 Inm) drain <br />b All piping must be pitched toward a drain.
