The :ower floor:concrete slab in the <br />settlement area would be removed and replaced aith a struc�ural <br />slab. The upper floors above the settlement area would be restored <br />to level by jacking or rebuilding if necessary. <br />Seyond the scope of this report is the consideration ror the <br />buildin3 's resistance to seismic loading. The city may 3ictate <br />the requirements but regardless there is an apparent need to <br />address this event.
