The writer <br />tM r <br />M <br />met Mr. Tyler at the site 2:00 PM, November 27, 1989 and in his company and <br />y En <br />y O V. <br />owners of the building, a structural survey was made. <br />FINDINGS <br />e <br />Building at <br />2812 Hoyt - The building <br />has concrete foundation with exterior <br />walls of concrete masonry an.i ;rowed <br />no recent apparent damage. A number of <br />clacks were <br />observed in concrete and <br />masonry walls, not of Which were <br />significant <br />Or Of recent occurrence. <br />It was suggested that the cracks be <br />� s <br />watched to <br />see if any increase occurred and if so notify Mr. Tyler at once. <br />J_ Building at 2818 Hoyt - This building has concrete foundation With concrete <br />® masonry exterior Walls and Showed serious structural damage t0 south and <br />west masonry walls and concrete basement floor. West Wall had major crack <br />separation of concrete masonry units With several Cracks in a diagonal <br />pattern from floor to ceiling. The west door frame had separated from <br />masonry.
