It was apparent that the cral4ks had widened and snoring shoulc <br />be installed to keep the south wall fr01;7 bUCKling. <br />Building at 2822 Hoyt - This building has exterior concrete masonry walls <br />with concrete foundation and retaining walls. The north wall is common With <br />2818 Hoyt Building and the soutl wall abuts the bud ding to the south. On <br />'e <br />the main floor area there is significant cracking in north B west wall an <br />settlement was noted at the northwest corner and deflection of floor and <br />ceiling has also occurred there. The winoow at the southwest corner shows <br />significant cracking at corners. Near the east entrance dicp;acement <br />cracking was observed around the doorway and stairway. <br />
