3. The Everett School District has not commented that the project will adversely impact the School District. Prior to finalization of the SEPA determination, a written letter or agreement must be provided to the City by the School District or Applicant regarding any required school mitigation fees. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.2 1 C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
