Failure to bid responsibly in a four-month period, In such instances, the Contractor shall be deleted from the List and shall only be reinstated by submission of an updated application to �IP for 'oan Review Comnittee approval, E. Failure to r �pond to canolaints by loan recipients. F. Contractor's insolvency, bankruptcy or other mnduct or mndition whicf� has resulted in a monetary lass to a Owner or to the City in aonnection with the �ntract work. G. Abar?donment of a job or repeated failure to canplete contract work within the specified time limit. H. Contractor's conviction of a crime in connection with contract wock oc in �;nnection with payment or reeeipt of Eunds admin±stered by (�ip, T. The Loan Review Committee shall set a date for the hearing of appeal. The Contractor shall be notified of said hearing date. At the hearing, CiIP will show reasons why it deems it necessary to take the Contractor ofi the Contractors List or not allow him/her an opportunity to participate. The Contractor may then present reasons why such action should not be taken. Either side shall have the right to call and examine witnesses on any matter relevant, After hearing both sides and obtaining any additional information it deems necessary, the Loan Review Conmittee shall issue a decision.
