INF012MATION FOR DEVELOPER: 1. Detailed draw:.ngs in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Pub:Lic Works Department shc�+ing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion conti•ol, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements sliall be completed, approved, and warranted before the occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression ancl street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 3. Performance guarantees are required f�r the street improvements. 4. A one-year guarantee is required on the puUli� improvemerits for a.n amount not less than 10$ of the cost of construction and shall run for one vear from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. 5. The building must meet all 1985 UBC and UFC Standar.ds. A 2AlOBC fire extingui�her must be provided within 75 feet trave� of all apartment units at each level. The Everett Fire Department will do final inspection upon completion. 6. The Police Department has the following security recommendatians: a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 degree ta 220 degree wide angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts with 1" throw and at least 3" screws securing striker plate. b. Bay windows should overlook the parking lot foz increased security of vehicles. c. Sliding glass doors should have Charlie bars installed for optimum security. d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. e. Address and apartment numbers should be 5" letters and visible from the street and parkinq l.ots. Addresses must be posted on both buildings.
