2. The sidewalk and curb must be replaced on Hoyt Avenue on trie <br />proposal�s full frontage per City Standards. (SEPA <br />Transportation Policies) <br />3. The a11ey must be widened on the proposal�s full frontage to at <br />least 20 feet of pavement per Ordinance 555-78 as amended. <br />(SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />4. Special charges for connectibn to the sewer system in accordance <br />with Orainance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall be <br />computed by the Building Department per the orcinance in effect <br />at the time and according to thE information provided on the <br />approved plans on the date of permit issuance. (SEPA Public <br />Services and Utilities Policies) <br />On-site detention is required, OR, in lieu of providing on-site <br />detention, payment to City Drainage Fund 340 is al2cwed per <br />Ordinance 670•-80. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities <br />Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environmettt. An <br />Fnviror.mental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after reviQw of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency.
