Other property in the area is either zoned R9 or RS <br />with many offices and rental or commercial structures. If thcre <br />were to be any detrimcnt to the other properties it would be if <br />the variance was not approved because then the building would <br />be marginally profitable a.�d upkeep would suffer or the building <br />would revert to its previous owner and status. When I bought <br />the building it was physically an eyesore and was a drug traf.fic <br />and party rental.
