Thcrc is a premium on parking in our ncighborhood cvery work day. Inlerestingly enough over the past few monihs lhe parking has bcen easier no doubt because we have two ncwly finished aparunent buildings all within 5 or 6 lo�s oC ihis proposcd building. Probably thcsc buildings are not prescntly Ic4 or let to people without cars as therc has becn a rcducuon noucecf. Mr. Waolwonh's claim lhat his rentors or his rentors friends do not use parF:ing spaces is not supponed by Cact. Interesungly enough therc were four cars parked on the svicet as wcll as cars in ihe drive just mo,nents after ihc last hearing. I( �here is not suCticient parking within the aparu*�ent lots being conswcted the cars spill out over ihe roadways impeding Uie cver growing vaffic. We necd clean wide strects, not jammed up back alleys. Wc have to do someihing to improvc and �hen main�ain a bctter imagc in dowmnwn Evereu. We do not neecl any morc car jammed allcys which make it easy tor ihc scemingly morc prevalcnt dmg traCGc and uansienis that our town is having mare problems with. A represcntauvc of �he Mayor s office was not surprised to hear that we now had uansien�s camped in a car in our back alley and more than one attempt to slcep in my gacden. IC [ want to keep out the cars and Ir.rsons who are nol coming to my clinic Cor scrvicc the policc tell me I must ercct a large no trespassing sign so thcy will be ablc to rcmove ihe ofCendcrs. This is a so�ry sight to wme to thc azca. I�s crcction will also stop the persons parking on my lot on public holidays (c.g. thc 4di of July p�uadc).
