On a previous cecasion here (or a variance hearing I heard anothei owner say that a change in his building dcsign was probably not possible to accommodate Uie necessary packing stalls to bring it up to code, and that the project may be abandoned. However, no variance wac granted and conswction bcgan shonly after wiih the new building being huilt with the ncccssary parking lots. I for unc am gratcful that tliis owner Ihought enough of the arca to invest in its e[fcctivc gcowth for a bng time to come.
