Thus <br />creating a garden court atmosphere more conducive to <br />the elderly environment. <br />The tenant leases will explicitly limit parking to <br />one (1) stall per unit. <br />All of the tenant needs are conveniently available <br />either in the central busir.ess district (one block <br />North), City Transit (one block East or West), or <br />the Gre��hound Bus Station (two blocks North), with <br />medical and dental services liberally scattered <br />throughout the district. <br />Our final point here is that because we are catering <br />to t�=� elderly, we can afford to keep the rents down. <br />Due to the greatly reduced turn-over and what usually <br />amounts to lower maintenance, as the elderly as your <br />most reliable and conscientious tenant, they are your <br />most desirable tenant. 41e prefer catering to the long <br />term tenant.
