Complete construction drawings (plans, sections and details as per Enclosure 2) <br />must be provided for permit review. Three sleeping rooms cunently exist. <br />The additional sleeping room must be shown to comply with the following requirements of <br />LTBC Section 310: <br />a. At least one operable window or door is requi.ed from each sleeping room. The <br />minimum openable size is 20" wide, 24" high and 5.7 square feet. <br />b. Smoke detectors are required within the sleeping roorn and the room leading to the <br />sleeping room. The detectors must be hardwired with a battery backup. <br />6. Electrical permit E0303-037 to rewire the basement is hereby susgended per UBC Section <br />106.45, After the construction has been converted back to an appro'ved state and the <br />extraneous wiring removed, a final inspection must be requested to ensure that the <br />remaining elecuical work is s�fe. <br />as <br />7. A oui]ding permit must be applied for by May-ifi; 2003 to dacument the corrections of the <br />violations as noted above. <br />8.
