Nole the new door openings to Ihe storage room, to the bathroom, and to !he linen closet (1 cioset). Drvwall reoairs. Contraclor to remove the paneling from the balhroorr� and install 1/2" G.W.B. to the ceiling and all walls. Sheetrock the enlire kilchen and laundry room ceiling and walls with 1/2" G.W.B. Con(ractor c�r. use owner's sheetrock. Tape and spackle the new sheetrock to a smooth finish in preparation for painling. All new sheetrock to be completed by a "professional" tape and mud fnisher. DOORS CABINETS AND LAMINATE REPAIRS Doors. Coniractor to install primered prehung 13/8" hollow core molded masonite six-panel doors (Ihree doors total) into lhe new openings. Opening locations and door sizes are indicaled on the attached drawings. Trim out lhe doors to malch exisling wide trim. Complete the nec✓ doors with brass finished passage sels (privacy locksel for the bathroom entrance), all Titan "Hancock style" or equal. Add hinge stops to both bathroom doors. Kitchen cabinets. Contrar,lor to review the drawings (or the locations and sizes of new kitchen cabinets. New cabinets lo be white �hermo foil with recessed door panels, American Woodmark "Philadelphia" or equal. Drawers are hardwood with plywood boltoms. Conlractor lo install knobs and pulls on new cabinets to malch exisling as close as possible. Contractor to remove lhe cabinel covering lhe H.W.T. in the southwest corner of the kitchen. Note, a new H.W.T. will be inslalled at a difTerenl location as calleo out in the "Plumbing" item of this sper,. Remove the metal sink cabinet and install three base cabinels to fdl the space. Install one base cabinet and one wall cabinec on the north side of lhe kilchen. Install the wall cabinet so thal the top lines up as close as possible wilh the tops of the existing wall cabinets. Boz in over the new and 2xisling wall cabinets with (raming and sheetrock between Gie cabinets and lhe ceiling above. Finish all new kitchen base cabinets with wood counters and glue on high pressure laminate, W ilsonart or equal, running up all adjoining walls al �easl 4" to provide backsplashes.
