Move the dirt from ihe east end o( the crawl space to the west end <br />and spread out evenly. Do nol dislurb the dirt al the base of lhe (oundation <br />wall footings. Provide at least 24" wood to dirt clearance under the bottoms <br />of the tloor joists excepl al the foundation walls where the footings could be <br />dislurbed. <br />Foundation reoairs. Contraclor to reposl the entire length of lhe house % PQoU14E <br />center support beam wilh new Irealed 6" x 6" posls on 16" x 16" (or 18"� naS�TU� <br />round) concrele piers placed on solid bearing gr�und.
