All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street <br />and from adjacent properties. Tliis screening may be done using dense v�getation <br />or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br />For specifics on design of refuse and recycling facilities, contact Rubatino Refuse <br />Removal, Inc. at 259-0044 for areas general�y north of 112th Street. For areas <br />east of I-5 from Valley View south, contac[ `�Vaste Manageme�t Northwest, Inc. at <br />337-1197. <br />1 I. Landscap�ng must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum this <br />must include the following: <br />a. A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide must be provided along the street <br />front3ges on the west and south property lines. This area shall be planted with <br />Type III landscaping. <br />b. A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide must be provided along the north and <br />east property Gnes, except driveways. This area shall be planted with Type [fI <br />landscaping. <br />c. A minimum of 542.5 squaze feet of landscaping shall be provided in the interior of <br />ihe �arking lot for Yhe 31 parking stalls. Landscaping must be provided per <br />Section 35.O80E of the Zoning Code. <br />e. Prior to issuance of any p,,mvts, detailed landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br />approved Ly the Planrung Depariment per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. <br />The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated <br />swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 <br />foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landsca.ped areas per <br />Section 35.130 of the Zomng Code. A 2 yeaz maintenance assurance device n:ust <br />be provided for th�e landscaping per Scction 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br />The preliminary site plan as submitted does not appear to meet all minimum <br />landscape requirements as outlined above. A revised landscape ;�lan is required <br />prior to issuance of any building permits or a landscape modification <br />approval. <br />12. A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. <br />
