Suhmit a final landscape plan that will comply with the City of Everett Zoning <br />Code. The plan shall consist of a minimum ten foot wide landscape strip along <br />Hoyt Avenue and a five foot wide landscaped strip alon�n the north and south side <br />property line with Type III landscaping. Required landscaping must be installed <br />prior to issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy. <br />2. A portable fire e�ctinguisher with a minimum CJL rating of 2-A:10-B:C r.mst be <br />provided within 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of each <br />building during construction and prior to occupancy. <br />3. The premises must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br />street. <br />4. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards <br />shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, <br />r.. `��� landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary constructic� erosion control, and <br />all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Pubiic Works Department <br />��"--� approval ofthese drawings i� required prior to any permits being issued. <br />Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Const�vction <br />Standards. Provide a total of four otF street parking spaces of which two spaces <br />must be paved for customer parking. No vehicular access to the site will be <br />allowed from Hoyt Avenue. <br />
