6. Special charges for connectioa to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent revision are applicable. The actual charges <br />shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at <br />the time and according to the information on the approved plar,s at the time of <br />building permit issuance. <br />7. A fir� hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of <br />every structure. <br />S. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired or replaced per the City Public <br />Works Inspector. <br />9. A building permit is required for the change of use. A meter must be installed on the water service for this property. The side sewer <br />servins the building must be upgraded to a six inch pipe. Altematively a hold � <br />harmless for sewer service may be executed and recorded against the property <br />provided that the existing sewer service is in good repair. <br />11. Any future change of use of the property will require review by the Planning <br />Department to determine if the new use meets the intent of this permit or if it will <br />require a new application.
