WASHINGTON <br />9820, <br />Per your request, this office made an inspection of the above referenced <br />property. The following conditions were noted: <br />1. General dilapidation of building and lack of maintenance. <br />2. Dampness in habitable rooms. <br />3. Deteriorated foundations. <br />4. Defective and/or deteriorated floor supports. <br />5. Faulty weather protection. <br />6. Plumbing not installed with generally accepted practices. <br />7. Hazardous electrical wiring.including wiring for electric heaters. <br />8. Hazardous or unsanitary premises. <br />These conditions, by definition in the 1985 edition of the Uniform Housing <br />Code, cause this structure to be deemed a substandard building, and this <br />building shall not be occupied until these conditions are corrected and the <br />building brought up to minimum Housing Code standards. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
