Also <br />in attendance were Marie Sullivan and Everett Miller. Frank Bennett and <br />Ramona Boylan crere absent. <br />ZTEM 1: <br />Applicant: John Clairtor•:ie <br />3416 Federal Avenue <br />Everett, Wp 98201 <br />Variance Request: To build an addition �ver existing structur-_ that <br />Mould be � feet from rear property line. <br />Location of Property: 3416 Federal <br />Zoning: 8-1, Single �araily LoN Density Residential <br />Mr. Hoagland staced a letter had �een received regarding t,yis application :rom <br />Virginia Miller; 3412 Federal, requesting assur2nce that the ad�ition wouid <br />not be used for rental of housekeeping rooms. <br />Don Wood of the Planning Staff summarized the staff report which recom:ends <br />approval. He zlso stated that lodging xas a pernitted use ir_ the R-1 zore and <br />so could not be prohibited. <br />John Clairborne, the applicant, s�ated that he had no plans to take in <br />hoarders and the addition was for his fami?y only. <br />Virginia Miller, 3412 Federal, stated Mr. Clai.^borne had satisFied her <br />concerns and she a.lso read her letter to the hoard. <br />Motion: Mr. Miller moved to grant approval per the staPf recommendation.
