If a compiete application has not 6een fded for a building permit or equivalent <br />construction permit within aighteen (18) months from the approval date of this <br />decision, the perntit shall be deemed terminated, unless an extension is �anted. If the <br />permittee requests an extension in writing not later than eighteen (18) months from the <br />land use permit date, the Director may grant a six (� mont6 exteasion. <br />This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Heuing <br />Examiner.
