Many of the lots have detached structures which are located <br />near the alley. Staff has verified that this is true. <br />Conclusior.: The subject property ia :±nt developed �rith a garage on <br />the rear of the property as is generally appl3cable to surrounding <br />lots in the same zone. Many such structu^es have side setbacks less i <br />than requirei by zoning. <br />
