The configuration of the garage (accessory building) and the main building at ttds site do not ccnsti.tute a building. The connecting perch facie does not meet the intent of a single building nor does it function as a connection that would serve to create a building. The zoning coce also ack,resses this. issue by limiting the use of a detached building to accessory, which does not include sleeping rooms.
