The Code further provides that these be
lccated within the lodging house or dwelling unit (Section 12C5).
The configuration of the garage (accessory building) and the main building at
ttds site do not ccnsti.tute a building. The connecting perch facie does not
meet the intent of a single building nor does it function as a connection that
would serve to create a building.
The zoning coce also ack, resses this. issue by limiting the use of a detached
building to accessory, which does not include sleeping rooms. In addition, a
rear yard setback of 20 feet is rPcuired for main tuildings in this zone 0-3).
The appeal period for the vacation order is extended to June 59 1989, at 5:00
P.m.
Sincerely,
ALFRED R.
