r <br />i <br />Report <br />2108 Hoyt <br />June 6, 1989 <br />Page 2 <br />I gave Mr. Cody my business card and Jim and I both <br />identified ourselves to the elderly lady as being from the <br />City. <br />I told Mr. Cody that the State Tenant/Landlord Act gave the <br />owner 24 hours to restore water service and I was going to <br />use that same time frame. I told Mr. Cody that if the water <br />service was not restored by 6:00 PM today, he is to call me <br />at 8:00 AM tomorrow and let me know. If service is not <br />restored, I will take action. Mr. Cody indicated that he <br />understood. <br />
