The house will be raised a minimum of two feet above the <br /> 100 year flood elevation. A 20' X 20' addition is proposed ta be constructed along <br /> the same nonconforming front setback as the existing house. <br /> The site is zoned lt-1 UFFD, 5ingle Family Detached Low Density, Urban Flood <br /> Fringe District and is within the SE '/a oP Sectio� 19, Township 28N, Range SE W.M. <br /> UFFDs are certain areas within tl�e City lccated just beyond the edge of the <br /> Snohomish River floodway or Silver Lake. These areas can be developed by meeting <br /> the UFFD development standazds of the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> Since a portion of the proposed project is within [he UFFD of Silver Lake and over <br /> $2,500 in value, the project is subject to the City of Everett Shoreline Master Program <br /> per E.M.C. 20.12.060. The Shorcline Master Program nesignates the site as Urban <br /> Environment (See Exhibit 1). Resideatial uses are permitted in the Urban <br /> Environment (See Exhibit 2). The S�oreline permit process requires the proposed <br /> project to comply with the "General Regulation of Use Activities" (See Exhibit 3) and <br /> die Specific Regu:ations of '�e Slioreline Master Program (See E�ibit 4). The <br /> proposal must meet the specinc regulations that appiy to "Residential Development" <br /> and UFFD developnent standards. <br /> Tlie following requirements are tlte specific applicable regulations for "Residential <br /> Development": <br /> 1. Residential development over �vater shall not be permitted. <br /> 2.
