I do not feel a cast concrete wall is necessary as proposed by Mr. Purdy. Blue Ridge construction is <br /> most cooperative and willing to work with the city to prevent any adverse drainac,e probiems created from the <br /> construction of this new home. At this time the site is super saturated v�ith rain and no site work is taking place.
