Our scrviccs for this project wcre complcted in gencral aceurdance with our <br /> tvlastcr Scrvices Agrecmen[witl�Rinkcr Matcrials. <br /> 1'he sitc was previously a sand and grave( piL Rinker Materials bcgan mining sand and <br /> gravcl Gom qic si[c in the summer of 1998 and continucd ntining until the spring of 2001. <br /> Mining Ucgan in Ihe Lot II arca and progresscd wcst to thc Scaway property and north to Mc;rill <br /> Crcck Parlavay. Mining in thc Pood Scrviccs of Amcrica property occurred prior to 1998 and <br /> somc of this prcvious mining may havc occurrcd along thc soulh edgc of Lots H,I and J. <br /> Since 1995 the arca occupied by Lots H [hrough L has had different lot designations. These <br /> designations are rcfcrcnced in our prcvious ficld reports and include I.ots 19 and 20 (1998), <br /> Lots 29 through 31 (2000),and Lots 8 tLrou�h 11 (2001). <br /> GRADING REQUIREMENTS <br /> �arthwork at thc sitc consistcd of filling tl�c prcviously mined pit arcas. Mass grading of the <br /> mined pit areas followed prcviously cs :e�ished requirements that were se[ Carth for the FSA site <br /> and thc Scaway Centcr Corponle I'ark Lot 8 site. Grading generally consistcd of(i)preparing <br /> pit tloor arcas ro rcccivc fill; (?.) (lattcning cxisting pi[ higlnvalis to no stccper than 3II:1V <br /> (horizontal:vertical); (3) benching ncw fills into the Flattencd pit highwalls and irito previously <br /> placcd fill slopcs; and (4) placing and compacting Cill.
