During thc 1999 gradir.g season,we visitcd Uie PSA sitc on an intermittent to partdime basis on IOG occasions betwecn May 25 and OctoScr 18, 1999 to oUserve carthwork which includ�d cutting and filling along U�e south side of Lots [1, I, and J. Fill was placed mainly along the southcm portion of the site to consWct the FSA detention pond. The north slope of the PSA dcicntion pond was about 50 fcet high and consWcted at 2H:1 V using soil cut from the FSA pruperly.
