An east-west road and utility connection will be constructed through the site from Hardeson to <br /> a planned road in the adjoinin� Rinker(formerly CSR) propetty. a fire Flow capacity of 5,000 �allons per <br /> minute (gpm) is proposed ard can be accommodated by the design of the utilities for the project. The <br /> division is praposed through a Bindin� Site Plan process. An enviranmental rwiew and preliminary <br /> binding site plan were approved on the property in l J99. A few modifications are proposed ro the <br /> previously approved lot layout and roadway location. Specific buildin�s and �ccess is proposed and a <br /> 5,000 �pm is requested. <br /> The site is cleared and�raded in pmparation for future develepment. Development of the lots must be in <br /> conformance with the Sea�vay Center�tas[er Plan .u�d�taster Landscaping Plan, other Ciry codes and <br /> regulations. <br /> Note: This project is subjec[ to two environmentai re��iew processes.
