The amount of arca draining to each creek a(ler land alteration and <br /> development shall not be greater than the amount of area draining to each creek before land <br /> alteration and developmenL Stomi drainagc improvemcnts will be provided per City Standards. <br /> Conclusions: All development on the properly must comply with City standards for drainagc <br /> improvements. Public Sen�ices: <br /> (i) Adequate Water Sunn�v: <br /> Findinas City water mains are located on Hardeson Road and Merrill Creek Parkway. Water <br /> mains must be extended through the site to service each of the lots with adequate average daily <br /> flows, peak flows and fire Ilows Looped water systems must be installed ai the site in <br /> accordance with City standards. Water system improvements must be phased in a manner that <br /> provides adequate service during each phase of development on the eight lots. The fire flow <br /> requimment for the project will be determined when developments are proposed on die lots.
