Parking areas shall contain parking for no more than sixty(GO) vehicles and shall be separated from <br /> other parking areas by a ten (10) foot wide natural vegetation or landscapcd area. <br /> Parking arcas shall provide a minimum of ten (10) Cect of natural vegetat9on or landscaping behveen <br /> vehicle parking rows and a m:nimum of ten (10) feet oCnatural vegetation or landscaping behveen <br /> parking areas and the intemal driveway/roadway system. At a minimum these landscaped or natura( <br /> vegetation areas shall cover ten percent(t0%)of the rarking area.
