Parl:ing areas shall contain parking for no more than sixty (60) vehicles and shall be separated from <br /> other parking areas by a ten (10) foot wide natural vegetation or landscaped area. <br /> Parking areas sha]] provide a minimum of ten (10) feet of natural vegetation or landscaping between <br /> vehicle parkine rows and a minimum of ten (10) feet of natural vegetation or landscaping between <br /> parking areas and the internal driveway/roadway system. At a minimum these landscaped or natural <br /> vegetation areas shall cover ten percent (10%) of the pad:ing area. Natural vegetation should be <br /> preserved and landscaped areas should consist of sod, deciduous and coniferous trees and hardy <br /> eround covering plants. <br /> An irri�ation system shall be provided !or the parking area lundscapin� where necessar}' to presen�e <br /> the vegetation. <br /> Berms or other appropriate screening sufficient to pro��ide a substantial visual buffer are encouraged <br /> between par]:in, areas and other adjacent propetties, and public rights-of-�vay. <br /> /o�l <br /> i� <br />
