(now Rinker Materials), a <br /> note must be placed on the face of the binding site plan stating that a 30-foot easement for a 115 kV <br /> transmission line must be provided along the south side of Lot 8 and a 15-foot easement must be i <br /> provided along that portion of the east side of Lot 8 of Seaway Center [o the new east-west roadway <br /> through Lot 8, together with any anchor easements necessary to support the transmission line poles. <br /> This easement may be extinguished if an altemate transmission line routc consistent with the intent of <br /> the Agreement and acceptable to the signatories is secured.
